Yes. We have a dedicated support desk to cater all issues and problems you encounter in our theme. Please be reminded that support only covers installation & general troubleshooting issues via our forum only. We cannot provide support for modifications or for 3rd party plugins. CSS/PHP customizations will be answered depending on the complexity. We may recommend hiring your own developer when a customization goes beyond what our support covers.
Yes. Existing customers who purchased an individual theme will be given a discount on next single theme purchase, 1-Year and Forever Membership plans. Discount will be automatically deducted in the cart.
Yes, we code our themes to be compatible with the two most recent releases of WordPress. All themes are continually reviewed to ensure they work with WordPress updates. Also, each theme page lists the minimum WordPress version required for the theme to properly function.
The support forums are the best place to find help with your ZigzagPress theme. While we are more than happy to help with minor changes (such as adding/editing a few lines of CSS), more extensive changes will need to be handled by a third-party developer or by us directly using the customization form.
The theme package you downloaded from us comes with some files inside (changelog file, XML file, theme file). Attempting to install this top-level zip file will return the error “Theme cannot be installed. Stylesheet is missing.” Instead, unzip the top-level package and then upload/install the zip file inside it.
Once you have chosen and purchased a membership plan, simply login and head into the support forums. Please keep in mind that the majority of the team is HK based (GMT+8), so please be aware of the time difference.
All of our themes are localized and include default .po and .mo files. These are the files that you can use to easily translate a theme using Poedit. You can also use any one of the translation plugins available from WordPress to help you in the translation process.
